Building on 20+ years of nonprofit experience, Roxy works with clients to create bespoke solutions to challenges facing nonprofit organizations. Specializing in fundraising strategy and board engagement, she brings both strategic insight and practical tools to her work. By creating efficient, comprehensive fundraising plans and dynamic board engagement strategies, Roxy creates sustainable systems that maximize contributed revenue.
Roxy holds an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College and brings a storyteller’s sensibility to her work: thoughtful, creative, and always grounded in purpose. As the former Executive Director of Pittsburgh Festival Opera, she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges nonprofits face. Under her leadership, individual giving at PFO tripled. Roxy has been invited to speak at The Forbes Fund to share insight on meaningful donor engagement. She frequently collaborates with financial advisors to help individuals understand how to maximize their philanthropy.
